Still tracking occupancy on a dusty paper map? Stop.
Employee Mode transforms your front desk into a digital command center. No more guessing which units are clean.
- ✓ Touchscreen Control: Just tap any unit to open the status menu.
- ✓ Instant Updates: Mark a unit as "Dirty," "Maintenance," or "Reserved" in one second.
- ✓ Visual Clarity: Color-coded statuses (Red, Green, Yellow) let you see your facility's health at a glance.
Turn Any Touchscreen into a Kiosk.
Don't buy expensive software. Toggle "Kiosk Mode" to instantly lock the interface for your customers. They can browse the map, see what's available (Green), and reserve units with a simple touch.
Plan Security. Track Incidents.
Stop guessing where to put cameras. Visualize blind spots and camera angles before you install them.
Forensics Mode: Log incidents (like the "Tire Cover" theft) and instantly see which cameras had the best angle and trace the suspect's path.
Total Facility Management.
Your map isn't just a drawing—it's a database. Track every fire extinguisher, wall light, and pole light instantly.
Operational Efficiency: Log abandoned vehicles or broken lights right on the map so your maintenance team knows exactly where to go.
Competitive Counter-Intelligence.
Large REITs use automated bots to scrape your website and count your vacancies. We stop them.
Our proprietary "Scarcity Mode" blocks data scrapers and presents a thriving facility to the world.
- Create Urgency: Show "Only 3 Left" to drive faster rentals.
- Data Privacy: Hide your true vacancy rates from competitors.
- Automated Planning: We are currently building tools to help you transition from old paper blueprints to a digital 3D environment in seconds.

Not a Silicon
Valley CEO.
I’ve spent the last 8 years fixing latches, sweeping units, and running a facility in the Nevada heat. For years, I stared at an old paper map with colored pins, wishing I knew a "computer person" who could build a better way.
"On July 4th, curiosity got the best of me. I logged into a free trial of Google's Gemini AI and typed my first prompt: 'Can you make a rectangle?'"
It made a rectangle. And I realized I didn't need to find a computer person—I could become one.
Over the next 7 months, I built this app on my days off. The features didn't come from a boardroom meeting; they came from the folded piece of paper in my pocket where I scribbled notes while sweeping floors with a debris pan.
Every line of code in this app exists because I couldn't wait to get home after a long shift and ask: "What if we added this?"
