1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Storage Layout Designer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the service.

2. Description of Service

Storage Layout Designer is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application that allows users to visually design, map, and plan self-storage facilities and security camera layouts.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. All inquiries regarding payments, refunds, and subscriptions are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's policies.

4. User Data and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the specific facility layouts and configurations you create using our tool. We retain all intellectual property rights to the Storage Layout Designer software, its code, interface, and native graphics.

5. Licensing and Commercial Use

Standard subscription plans (Manager, Kiosk, and Pro) are for internal facility use only. You may not re-brand, white-label, or integrate Storage Layout Designer into third-party software products or commercial offerings without an express Enterprise Licensing Agreement.

6. Technical Limitations and Cloud Sync

To ensure system stability and performance, the following technical constraints apply:

Optimization: The application is optimized for layouts up to 3,000 individual storage units.
Cloud Storage: Individual layout files are limited to 1MB of data for cloud synchronization. Designs exceeding this limit may fail to sync to the cloud and will require local saving or layout splitting.
Hardware: Performance is dependent on the user's local hardware (GPU/RAM) as the 3D engine renders locally in the browser.

7. Limitation of Liability

Storage Layout Designer is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application or the loss of local data.

We provide customer support via email. For any issues with the software, bug reports, or subscription disputes, users can contact us directly at support@storagelayoutdesigner.com.

8. The "Bad Karma" Clause

This application was built with honest hard work on days off and late nights after long shifts. Anyone attempting to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or maliciously misuse this software to cause problems for the creator or the service agrees to the "What Goes Around, Comes Around" principle. We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user acting in bad faith without notice or refund.
