Step-by-Step Installation

Apply Industrial Strips

Apply two 4-inch Velcro industrial strips horizontally to the back of the ViewSonic monitor and the bottom of the Beelink PC.

Mount and Secure

Press the Beelink firmly onto the monitor until the strips are fully engaged. This keeps the 'brain' of the kiosk hidden and off the desk.

Connect 1ft Cables

Use the 1ft HDMI and 1ft USB-B cables to complete the loop. This ensures no loose wires are hanging when you rotate the monitor to show customers.

Phase 2: Software Lockdown

Pro Tip

The "True Kiosk" Shortcut

To prevent customers from accessing the Windows Desktop or closing the app, we force the Chrome-based app into a restricted "Full Screen Kiosk" state.

⚠️ Warning: Once active, the only way to exit is via Alt + F4.

Execution Steps:

  • 01. Right-click your Desktop Shortcut and select Properties.
  • 02. In the Target field, click to the very end of the text string.
  • 03. Add a single space and type --kiosk
  • 04. Click Apply. Your device is now a dedicated appliance.
